What do you do to “Stay in the Game?" Do you have any tips for keeping physically and mentally in shape that you might want to share?

Staying in the game can be tough, I find scheduling my workouts at the beginning of the week with back up plans keeps me on track. Sleep is my second strategy, when I am exhausted I know the struggle will be that much more!! When I am rested I have the mental fortitude to stick to my wellness plan!
