2019 was a very challenging year for everyone in the service industries in our area. But from my perspective this will turn out to be a good thing. It's forced us to review and revamp many of the things we were doing as a company and become lean. 2020 is going to be an amazing year for us and we'll reap the benefits of being a lean efficient business moving forward.
