I have been in the real estate appraisal business for over 30 years in Moore County. I do mortgage type appraisals but also do appraisals for estates, listings, cash purchases, equitable distribution, IRS, donations, etc. I have spent by entire life in Moore County and have the most experience in appraising in Moore County.
