The biggest challenge is ourselves getting in our own way.  Business owners that get this are working on their business and not in their business. 99% of small business are not where they would like to be financially 5 years into their business.  This is really sad.  Two books I would recommend is the E-myth revisited by Michael Gerber & Traction by Gino Wickman.  If you would like to learn more, let me know.  I love helping small business get to a whole new level.
