Business owners that get this are working on their business and not in their business. 99% of small business are not where they would like to be financially 5 years into their business. My biggest issue is time. I work full-time, have a child and am trying to get my business off the ground. I am also taking courses online. So trying to what I need for the business isn't always easy.
Time is definitely a challenge! Doing all things necessary to build my (new) business like website and social media management, administrative tasks, and client prospecting takes time. Even though I specialize in helping other small businesses with all of these things, I find that some days I too struggle with the ticking clock.
