Already applied for forgiveness and was told since we received an advance from the EIDL loan we will probably have to pay back the amount of the advance towards what we received for the PPP. Doesn't make sense to us. They are two separate loans.

This year we are doing gift certificates for all of our family. They will be for local coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Finding affordable ways of letting the public know that you are in business. We have tried all kinds of advertising and nothing seems to work. Word of mouth and satisfied customers are our best advertising.

Making sure your customers always know what it will cost them before hand is important. Then the decision is theirs to make whether they want to go ahead with the service or product that you offer. They can always shop around and compare prices.

I advertise on facebook some of our store specials and it doesn't seem to attract much attention. I still find word of mouth and satisfied customers are the best form of advertising.
