In the 2005, I was a Certified Residential Appraiser in Colorado. A friend who owned a mortgage shop was complaining about the quality of his loan officers and their ability to work leads that he had purchased. I told him that I love sales and was up for working for him at night after I had finished my appraisal work for the day. I was amazed how easy I found solving borrowers' issues that other banks had not been able to get through. This really showed that my experience in all things real estate was a huge advantage for my borrowers and myself.... the rest is history. I still love the challenge of getting something done that the big banks have turned down.
