How We Got Started

In 2009, Erich Schmidt started his auto shop in a tiny 2 bay shop in Franklin Ohio. After a few short years he grew his brand into a 4 bay shop in Springboro Ohio. His work ethic paid off again, and late 2018 he opened a beautiful 11000 sq ft, state of the art, automotive shop off Hiawatha Trail. He prides himself in the quality of service from the moment you step thru the doors. Winning 2019 Business of the Year was a huge moment for Erich and his team, and the accolades keep rolling in. The Schmidt Auto Care Team proudly supports the Springboro, and surrounding areas, communities in so many more ways than just auto care. But at the heart of it all, is a family based businesses that is Veteran led and excited to keep you on the move.

We used Mitchell and Bolt On prior to moving to Tekmetric. Mitchell simply wasn't forward thinking enough technology for us, and didn't give a cloud based option. Bolt On is AMAZING and I wish they would make a whole operating system and not just digital inspection. I can never imagine going... (more) We used Mitchell and Bolt On prior to moving to Tekmetric. I can never imagine going back to Mitchell after being able to work from anywhere as an owner with Tek.
