I haven't thought about yellow pages or the phone book in years and I think that is the attitude of most of the general population. I wouldn't waste my dime. I stick to online advertising, networking/trade shows, and referrals.

My business is fairly new so definitely organizing! Reaching out to existing customers and developing those relationships and additional marketing.

I personally prefer mornings because often times I meet with clients during their lunch time. However, I can also see the benefit of others meeting during lunch. I like to keep evenings free for clients as well.

It's kept me on my toes! I'm ever mindful that I need to keep communicating on Social Media in addition to other ways. In addition to this, I am flexible with how my clients want to communicate, be it texting, social media, email, phone and more. I want it to be the most convenient for them!

Customer Service is number one. Always treat your customers like you want to be treated. Find out what their priorities are and follow through.
