Well the most important thing is that while building your brand and reputation especially with no marketing budget and using referrals to build upon the thing I have had the most difficulty with is understanding that just because you are not where you are expecting to be is not a sign of failure.  I'm in our third year and was ready to throw in the towel several times and in so glad I didn't.  Reasons are first I was expecting to  much out of my progress I thought that I should be in a better position.  Second I didn't have a mentor to tell me whether I was on track or course. I have gained momentum every year since I have taken over operations.  This  year I have really started seeing a profit increase.  We expect to approximately triple 2018's gross. So knowing average timelines of growth.
