If I get a walk-in and we can accommodate right away we do. If we are in process with other jobs we let them know it could be later in the day. Most customers are understanding of this.

Consistent marketing, I do a lot of door to door. I hand out flyers, note pads, BC, brochure and other materials to as many business doors as possible. I usually see results in additional quotes within a week or two and orders from that within a month or two. Keep hitting the grind.
