Opportunity knocked, we answered. With 25 years experience in the commercial photo and promotional graphics world and Janet having 30 years experience in offset and digital printing, we established Sterling Graphics to serve the promotional print and display needs of local and regional businesses.

There is the relative size of images in a design, the appropriate file size for a given image in a design, the target size of an image in whatever graphic media is chosen and the limit of enlargement of the available image file. There are pixel based and vector based images that scale differently. Does anyone out there have a tried and true work path to vectorize full color images for oversized enlargement for murals or other grand uses?

Never, never miss a deadline. Under promise and over deliver if you can. But always do what you promise....

Establish clear communications with your client and don't settle for vague responses. No excuse is a good excuse...if things go awry, and they certainly can and do, straight forward explanation and acceptance of responsibility is essential. Other than that, an affirmative attitude, gracious appreciation for the work and being cooperative every step of the way will bring repeat clients and referrals.
