Hello I am Scott Jackson and I have started Jackson New Life Properties LLC. My brokerage is McKay Realty out of Sandy, Utah but I work in both Utah and Salt Lake counties. My focus is the south end of Utah county: Sprinville, Orem, Provo, Mapelton, Salem, Elk Ridge, Woodland Hills, Payson and so forth. We are a full service Realtors and members of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.

There are the the usual listings through the mls and other sites. A listing agent may also utilize various magazines, publications and contacts to be able to generate interest in your inn and thereby find a buyer for you. Let me know if this helps. Scott

I focus primarily on Facebook. I personally have seen little come of it, directly. Indirectly, many more people know what I am doing and that I am in real estate but unless I am reaching out to them personally and specifically, little seems to happen.

I am mixed on this. I have been to many training's where they push mailers a lot. I have had little success with them myself.

As a realtor the standard is already set: 3% buyer commission and 3% seller commission. Many real estate professionals consider this negotiable or just discount their rate at the outset. I can see why they do this but I offer a service package that is worth the 3% and that is what I believe...
