Since Florida has opened up the short term rental season, rentals have boomed and condo sales are soaring on St Augustine beach.  People are wanting to get outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and the beach.  Buyers are taking advantage of the great interest rates.  With my experience with condo sales, the inventory is getting lower but the sale prices for the most part on updated and well kept Properties are the same or a bit higher than before the pandemic.  Now is a great time to buy or rent!
