Your in a tough situation Johanna. I don't envy anyone trying to keep a restaurant business afloat. The biggest obstacle you seem to be facing is your clients perception that they may become infected by your presence. This would include any food you might be handling, plates and other surfaces and so on. You need to take that concern out of the equation.
For starters, being physically present will likely not be a thing until a COVID vaccine become widely available ... and then only once we have understood the role of asymptomatic carriers, COVID mutations and reinfections.
Perhaps one solution might be to offer a prepackaged menu that is individually wrapped and frozen (I would wipe the surface of the container with soap and water before putting it in the freezer). I would video tape myself cooking the food (live stream or canned) and offer people the opportunity to watch the video and get an idea of how you are handling the food, your methods of cleaning and any special COVID care you might be taking.
Partnering with a seniors centre or special needs group might also be helpful. (Perhaps have an introductory price that covers your cost (5 or 10 meal packages) and once confidence and acceptance of your product is established build in your profit. Word of mouth is very powerful.)
Good luck.

Our clients are generally very cooperative. We sanitize our pin pads, keep the counter between ourselves and our clients. We accept credit card payments by phone and allow curb side pickups and drop off's.

To day we closed our showroom but will continue to offer in shop repairs. We no longer offer onsite repairs, but we do drop off's at the clients door.
We are observing reduced work hours and have reduced our staff (which we continue to pay), to essential personal only.
Staffing, financing and establishing a steady flow of repeat clientel are the most challenging aspects of growth. Startup costs for growth often see more work at lower margins as you shift business away from existing vendors.
