Children's book are a big part of our sales. There is not any particular time of year that I buy more books for our kid's section. I look for content as well as great illustrations. I restock and add books when there is room for them on the shelf.

Laziness or not being honest. I'm not going to give hours to employees that are lazy and or take food from cafe. They usually quit before I have to let them go because I don't make it worth their while to come to work for only a few hours per week.
