Almost every office is going to have a list of local professionals that will call if a property have issues with plumbing, needs painting, landscaping, etc. A few offices also work with builders or contractors that can tackle some of the larger jobs, like additions or renovations and these businesses are likely to be insured and already tested. Just a thought. But Realtors are often one of the first contacts when someone moves to a new location.

Focus on your priorities. Rank those things that are most essential to you. Schedule your time accordingly. If work is at the top of the list, don't be surprised if your list is very short. If you are observant you can see what it is that motivates others. Are they just paying the bills, just getting by, or are they focused on making tons of money. Sadly if you're in business you frequently run into these type of people. So what makes me unique? My job is not my identity. In actuality, it is my identity that defines my job, and how I do it. I have always wanted to help people, make a positive difference at home and in my community. I wish to be a role model for others. I don't want anyone affected by my behavior to see someone greedy, selfish or apathetic.
