Apostolic Church LIHEAP Program received a call/message from this number, we help with electricity and gas bills.   To remotely (not in person) apply to the  LIHEAP program email apostolicliheap@gmail.com: 1) Name and Phone number 2) latest (30 days) electricity and Gas billsActual Utility bills (call ComEd or Nicor or Peoples gas to get) , 3) latest 30 days proof of income(check stubs, unemployment statement, social security award payments, SNAP, TANF, AABD, etc, income affidavit if no income for persons 18yrs and older  4) All Social Security Cards for the household only if new to the program.  Send documents within the next few hours to apostolicliheap@gmail.com, We need the required documents sent by email before we contact you via a phone call.  We are open for walk-ins on Wednesday and Thursday 9-1pm at 1311 E Steger Rd. Steger IL 60475 and you will need to bring the above mentioned documents physically, and must wear a mask to be allowed in.   Cook county residents only.
