Our insurance agency is an independent insurance agency that has 18 commercial carriers and 11 personal carriers. The agency has 33 employees ranging from agents, customer service representatives and marketing personnel. We are a full service agency that strives to provide top notch service to all of our customers.
How We Got Started
Our agency is a 3rd generation ownership and recently merged with First Independent and became what we are now. We have 18 commercial carriers and 11 personal insurance carriers to provide the broad range of insurance products for all of our customers.

It is very important to verify the insurance for anyone doing work for you in your business or your home. You can ask them for a certificate of insurance which will show their liability limits and when their policies are effective. You can request to be added to the contractor's policy as an additional insured. That way, should they cause an injury to someone else their liability would protect you and your business rather than having to turn in a liability claim to your insurance carrier, thus increasing your rates at renewal time.

I have found that the best way to keep in touch is to just call and say "Hi". Let them know that you are just reaching out and see if they have any questions. If they do it is easy to schedule a sit down for a review. If they are happy how things are and they haven't experienced any changes...
