Laurie Schneider’s portrait and documentary work invites the viewer to take a closer look at love and the inner life. Laurie has been producing award-winning images for 25 years with a background in photojournalism, portraiture and fine art. She specializes in assignment and special project work that involves story development. In addition to having an impeccable reputation as one of the Twin Cities’ finest wedding and assignment photographers, she is a documentarian and animal advocate.

Her images evoke the true nature of animals, the inner and outer lives of people, and the authentic nature of regenerative farming. Schneider is a two-time winner of the highly competitive Artists Alliance Award from the Minnesota State Arts Board for her documentary work.
