When determining how much life insurance a person should purchase there are a number of things to first consider. First, are you attempting to protect assets? Next, are you looking to make sure your spouse is not left with burial expenses, mortgage payments, car payments and other debts? Life insurance is an effective way to make sure these issues are dealt with so that a spouse and/or children are not left accumulating the debts.
Understand that not everyone shares the same sense of humor and if they don't laugh, don't take it personally!

I use different outlets when hiring. Marketing reps from the various companies you contract with seem to know what all the agencies are up to, whose leaving, if there are openings available and so forth. I also have an inspection company I use who does inspections throughout the state of Florida...

I use different outlets when hiring. Marketing reps from the various companies you contract with seem to know what all the agencies are up to, whose leaving, if there are openings available and so forth. I also have an inspection company I use who does inspections throughout the state of Florida and their marketing rep always knows what employees are leaving or looking to move on. Those employees are often already licensed and somewhat trained so there's little down time or training time involved with exception to training them your way of quoting, binding, so forth.
