I have had less pain since starting to use it. The first 24 hours the pain disappeared completely. But, I didn't use it again the next morning. Now I am using it more often to see if I can get back to pain free.

Even if it is only 95-98% percent to my standards, that is 95-98% of the work I didn't have to do. Using only 3-5% of my time to "finish" the project to MY expectations and vision is fantastic!

First, I try to hire to train whenever possible. This allows people that would otherwise not be qualified for a higher paying position to learn a new skill and have better prospects in the future.
Second, I will offer opportunities for all employees to get involved and bring in food for the food bank during the summer. Or, as school approaches, give our team a challenge of bringing in school supplies to help local school kids that are in need. Come Christmas, we will collect toys for the local Toys-for-Tots or another similar organization. We have organized heart-walks with the local Heart Association, etc.
Often times your HR department can make arrangements with the local United Way to allow employees to give "pre-tax" to the organization of their choice.
I believe it is important to include your employees. Many times they simply need to have the opportunity to get involved, but they need to know that these are things that are important to the company and it's leadership.
I had never heard of it. I will definitely check it out. I am always looking for opportunities to enhance my customers' experience. If this is something that can handle FAQs at all hours of the day and night, that is a great thing, as far as I am concerned!

We have had the best response from LinkedIn. We can target those businesses that are most likely to use our products and then one connection brings opportunities for several more leads from their company or their contacts in our line of work. Admittedly, we have not done a LOT of communication...
