About Us

Cascade Health Clinic is located in Sultan Washington serving the Sky Valley area. We serve patients of all ages. Come see how Cascade Health Clinic can help you on your way to a healthy life. We offer general family medicine, cupping, dry needling and many other services.

How We Got Started

I began Cascade Health Clinic in 2016 with one principle in mind: To provide individualized naturopathic medicine to the rural area that focuses on the root causes of illnesses rather than their symptoms. I am a sole practitioner, in other words, I am the owner/operator of Cascade Health Clinic. Serving the community in Sultan (and all the surrounding areas that make it to our clinic) has been an honor and I plan to continue this for years to come.

If you don't know about direct mailing, we use EDDM through the local post office. You will need to setup an account with USPS to access the various services. And the nice thing, this all can be done online. Once you have selected the mailing route that you want to ship to, you simply drop off your bundles. And what I mean by bundles, is that your mailers must be divided into 100 per bundle (ie. if sending to 350 homes, you would make 4 bundles, 3 with 100 mailers and the last with 50). You can ship to as little as 200 homes and up to 5000 each transaction. We send out roughly 3000 a month and seems to be perfect for our small clinic. We receive about 1-5 calls per day from direct mailers and most of these callers schedule appointments. Most importantly, before you do anything else be sure to check the mailer requirement as there are times (mostly Goldbar of all places - only place to pull out the measuring tape and check thickness) when they will reject them. The next best marketing option for us is Google Ads. FYI - if you read this far you maybe interested in EDDM, and we would love to co-market with the right people.
