The Hobby Line Internet does low-cost custom web page design and website hosting. With over 30 years of experience, we have created and hosted sites for over 200 entities including foreign companies, sites for many niche businesses, and various local neighborhood organizations.
How We Got Started
I ran a computer bulletin board back in the early 80's and still run it today. I have been involved in computers to one degree or the other for nearly 40 years. The BBS still exists today and can be found at: https://hobbylinebbs.com I also have another BBS located at: https://mystic-hobbies.com They are both free to use and connects your business to the rest of the world. Minutes after a message is posted, it spans the globe.

A Testimonials page on your website offers clients the opportunity to rate their experience with the company. Having a script available for them to click on and add their testimonials is a great thing. This way, the testimonial can be reviewed first before making it publicly available.
Then, I would use a script to randomly display 1 testimonial on each page of the website, putting each in quotes, and putting the person's name below the Testimonial that they submitted.

Since my field is web design, I try to ensure the site is rich in the keywords and phrases that the business owner wishes to receive hits on. I tell my customers that they are basically the ones that design their site since they know their products and market the best. My job is simply to put their content into HTML format that is easy to consume online.
After the site is designed, a Google or Bing sitemap is key to getting your entire website spidered properly. Furthermore, getting your site listed in as many niche Directory websites is helpful, as long as their site fits the criteria of the page it is listed on.
