How We Got Started

I had an opportunity to open my own Agency. I proved, with hard work and no matter what age your dreams can come true. Then my building burned down on Palm Sunday 2017, it was tough but, out of the ashes we rose, I reopened, got keys to my new office on Christmas Eve, thus the adventure continues.

As a Travel Agency owner my only recommendation is, how long has that business been open? Is it registered wth the town & state? If not, why not? I don’t like to ask for a review, I always found that to be tacky, however, now because we are all starting over again, I think I may ask for a review only to help my business get more exposure. I have been a member of ASTA for many years. They fight for us in Washington, they offer lots of training. I will continue to pay my yearly fee as they do so much more to help us Travel Agents. Virtual Vacations, I mail out virtual glasses to my clients and future Brides. It’s a huge hit. I also have FB live “Travel show” every week. My customer base has grown. I have a personal Transfer company in varies countries. I also have available people to take care of personal needs for my client such as medical equipment, special foods and wine.
