How We Got Started
We were in a car accident and our vehicle was declared a total loss. Seeking help and understanding of the process we discovered that no one really understood the process or the fact that errors in vehicle valuations are common place. We negotiated 35% more for our own vehicle and a business was born.

It is a difficult question to answer. Obviously many businesses as well as individuals need help. I am fortunate and never saw the need, but I attribute that to a substantial backlog from day one. Seeing many empty storefronts is scary and I question what amount or for how long will we need to stimulate the economy. Some cities such as NY will not see any major improvement for several years, this just being the nature of how people commute and how many businesses have found that working from home still gets the job done. I expect this to result in a glut of commercial space that will further drag on the economy and the usual related tax dollars. With our supposed representatives in Washington unable to think beyond their party affiliations any hope for many Americans would seem moot at this time.

Customers have asked me why I charge what I charge and want to chip it down. Response, go find someone else who does what I do and use them. Ha ha, there is no one else who will fight the insurance carrier to get a fair settlement on totals etc. My business continues to grow and I do diminished value on some pretty high stuff like lambos, porsche and RR. When people see the end result they recommend me. All the responses pretty much tell the same story, you have a business to run and deserve to make a living. Those who complain should find another source.

I wish you success but it sounds like you will have a lifetime of uphill battles.
