Most of our competitors use employees to perform the work and are not usually onsite to oversee the work being done. I am always onsite for remediation/restoration and ensure the quality of the work. I frequently perform the actual work on smaller projects, especially owner occupied...

Most of our competitors use employees to perform the work and are not usually onsite to oversee the work being done. I am always onsite for remediation/restoration and ensure the quality of the work. I frequently perform the actual work on smaller projects, especially owner occupied residences. Additionally, if a sub-contractor is required, I oversee the project to ensure quality and compliance with the regulations. This is a huge benefit for General contractors as well as home owners and misc clients, due to the liability is in my lap, instead of theirs. Coupled with nearly 20 years in the environmental consulting and abatement business, there isn't much I have not seen and assisted with. Also, I never turn my phone off, I will answer it 24/7....or call u back in minutes!
