I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner offering counseling in a nourishing and supportive way. My goal is to help you to learn how to prevent illness and disease and how to maintain and sustain a healthy and balanced life. I offer ancient Ayurvedic body therapies, Cranio-Sacral therapy.
How We Got Started
I followed my heart and listened to the call of Ayurveda, which with its great love has changed my life in so many wonderful and empowering ways. I would love to share this wisdom knowledge and science with the entire world!

I would have to say that the biggest misconception is lack of knowledge/education and thinking that Ayurveda is a New Age product, or just another form of natural medicine, not realizing that an Ayurvedic Practitioner can become ones primary care provider!
