Gaspar's Grotto is an iconic meeting point for the greater Tampa Area. We provide, food, drink, fun and fellowship to all. Live entertainment 7 days a week and the friendliest staff on the planet. We do lots of giant company Christmas parties in December. We work extra hard to make every one of those guests feel extra special because for many it's the first time they have been here. It must be working because we convert a lot of those first timers to regulars! Been doing that for over 15...

SCREAM MACHINE will take the stage at 9:00 PM on Saturday night and Rock the House till closing. We have $750 dollars in cash prizes for the costume concert. We have special guest stars. Contests games and prizes and there is NO COVER. We'll be packed but come anyway, year after year we are always the most talked about Halloween party in town.

I needed a job. I also thought I had some affinity for the subject matter although that was not proven at the time. Failure?.. not an option... quitting? not in the vocabularly. So we screwed up a lot and eventually learned the business. We made NO MONEY for many years. The young kids we had sacrificed. I worked 7 years 7 days a week 18 hours a day. It's impossible to work harder than that. Can't be done. I know because i've been a working fool all my life. Outworking everybody has always been my edge.
And the competition? I don't pay any attention to them. I focus on our improvement here in our place. No body will outwork us, ever. So I don't worry about the competition. Never have!
Most importantly, the only partner I'll ever have is the one I'm married to. 34 years. Theres no doing better than that.Thank God.
