And Google penalizes you for it!  We're 1 of 4 companies I know of (nationwide) that builds and designs fully custom websites at affordable prices that compete with website building DIY software.  The main difference is that you can focus on developing and building your business, instead of learning several new careers just to make an effective website! Instead it will all be done by 4 specialist: an award winning web designer (graphics), a professional writer, a sales & marketing strategist, and coder.  None of them are trying to be jacks-of-all-trades and lowering their quality as a result.  Instead, 11 of us work on family-like team, taking direction from your dedicated account manager - a person you can call, text, or email with any request you have... and it's just $99.  Here's the details if you want to read more:  https://merchantside.com/services-and-pricing-summary.pdf Now if you MUST do it yourself, the best choice would be to use WordPress and buy a premade template – not a website builder.  Let me know if you need links to reputable template markets.

Most of them can be standalone or integrated into your website.  For that, I'd look at CodeCanyon.net. After installing and integrating a dozen or so CRMs, for my company of 11 employees and hundreds of customers, we chose ClickUp.com and we're extremely happy with it!  As you can imagine, we have a lot of moving parts and we can keep them ALL synced up there.

(more) Search engine ads (Google and Bing) are a form of Responsive Advertising (a query is made BEFORE the ad is presented), which always provides the highest return for any service-based local business. Unlike social media, which uses Disruptive Advertising (disrupts something you were doing to show you an ad), people searching for a specific service are MUCH closer to making a buying decision than someone scrolling social media. Bing, especially, is grossly underpriced at the moment because of the focus on Google. This means you're ROI is higher on Bing, but your volume is greater on Google. If, however, you sell something that no one searches for, then disruptive advertising on social may be ideal for you.
