Hi Mor,

This is when it is more important than ever to make notes to help you remember the details of a potential client.  I will often write notes on a potential client's business card in order to remember. Then I have my office administrator add it to the contact in the notes section.  Remember also that getting the clients is only half the battle.  You want to keep them as clients.  Keeping them can be just as challenging as getting them. This is where the personal touch helps.  Take the time to nurture the clients you already have.  If you have an assistant you trust they can help you with follow up for new and potential clients. I will also schedule a reminder with details in my phone when I need to follow up.  I suggest creating a system and following it. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

Thanks Pietro. Don't you think writing notes on a biz card is not so efficient?  Let's say you have 100 people to remember personal notes about (and growing), are you still simply writing the notes and then handing it over your assistant?
