He and his business partner Megan are perfectionists. As an insurance agent I only want satisfied customers. Not once have they had a concern or complaint for their services for the many who have chosen them. I highly endorse them for their work on Teslas. Robert is an electronics wizard. Secondly Megan is a visual perfectionist, your car will be pretty when it leaves their care. "

Read Wall Street Journal prediction on morbidity in America, we are not leading a healthy lifestyle overall.   Health: costs going down. Telemedicine and politics will push rates down this year. Homeowners: flat to up. Weather and crime will be determining factors with rising real estate costs for replacement. Auto: costs down.  Covid-19, job loss, and telecommuting results in less traffic = less claims costs.    Help your own Auto rates by reducing your glass claims in Arizona.  I have 5 tips to share and a free gift that helps.  The customers who follow my prescription, reduce their rates 24% for good no matter who they are insured with.

(more) As we go forward, strategy is going to be the key.  The seriousness of this illness has not hit our community in the way that it has others in the US.  In light of this; measurement, evaluation and rewards must be based on the labor contribution focused to the end goal.  Many of our team prefer to work in the office despite the flexibility.  Training, comradery  and communication are easier with eye-to-eye contact in many ways. They have their heart in the right place and their eye on the goal. Yesterday I was struck with the seriousness of Covid-19.  After a week of finally seeing our community open its doors to business access and timid shopping, I was informed of an acquaintance who (although seemingly healthy the last time I saw him) has been hospitalized since the beginning of April.  There are bullets out there that we need to be ducking.  Exercising caution continues to be a wise approach.  Do you operate with a documented waiver for those entering your place of business? Or for your employees?  Do you do temperature checks daily?  Will remote working environments create the opportunity for companies to massively hire talent at lesser labor rates?  Say from other countries with lower income expectations?  The opportunity to hire talented English speaking employees who are eager to contract for hire as your employee at a fraction of a cost to US labor is currently available.  What will that do to our tax base? Our state’s unemployment rate?  Surely big corporations are looking at these options as cost cutting measures. In order to keep our agency first in our customer’s minds and our team relevant;  we must offer excellence in everything we do and one more thing missing today in so many interactions...that compassionate touch. We need more than ever to be sensitive to buying local, voting with every dollar we spend,  to keeping our teams focused on excellence and their goals, keeping ourselves and teams healthy, and paying it forward.  For without this positive mindset we will falter.

(more) you are asking a very appropriate and valuable question for these times.  One that has two answers. First for your employees;  The value of worker’s compensation insurance is to provide for the risk of an employee’s injury on the job.  Should you be able to demonstrate infection occurred while working at their position, there is coverage for illness contracted on the job.  This protects you the employer from legal liability and the employee can obtain coverage to the Terms and Limits of the policy purchased. Then for your customers;  Visit with your business insurance agent regarding the protections afforded in your policy.  Know ahead your options.  As a minimum, I would ask for legal defense should a customer pursue claims for infection exposure from visiting your business.  Having a brief, yet well documented Covid-19 and infectious disease plan in place is advisable. Ideas for said plan; 1) All employees in office are tested for their temperature daily and that number is documented.   a) Individuals falling above normal temps will be sent home to heal  b) Individuals coughing or sneezing will be sent home to resolve what may be simple allergies. 2) All customer interfacing employees will wear masks while working with customers. 3) All surfaces exposed during retail experience will be cleansed using anti bacterial products at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm. a) This includes door handles, table tops, computer faces and other items. Our business Retail and Office policies start at $475 annually for over &1,000,000 of liability and can be paid monthly. I hope this information helps.
