The best way to obtain clients is by the way you capture the property. When taking pictures inside you want to try and capture the feeling of the room, find the best focal point that captures the room atmosphere and do that for each room.

The best way to obtain clients is by the way you capture the property. When taking pictures inside you want to try and capture the feeling of the room, find the best focal point that captures the room atmosphere and do that for each room.
When photographing the outside of the property focus on a point of interest that captures the outside; for instant if the property has a patio focus on that point of interest and then you can capture the rest of the outside. As a real estate photographer you want the pictures to tell the story of the property so that the agent only needs to describe the basics of the property. You want the pictures to entice a potential buyer that will draw them to see the property.

Yes I have seen it, it is pretty awesome. Basically how it works is that you place your camera on the tripod and keep snapping in a circle motion slowly so that you get the effect that you want.
