A potential client recently asked me....” if you list my house will you be doing the work or will it be one of your team memebers”. I told him you get me for everything. Three things about me I think make me unique. One is I like to educate people and I have unique and easy way of communicating difficult information. Secondly my skill set is highly visual and detail oriented. Thirdly I nurture and care about the people I work with and I do everything in my power to make everything run smoothly. My goal is to put the most money in my clients pocket at the end of the day and do it quickly and with the least amount of hassles.

The mug is beautiful and unfortunately you can be really good at something but to make money today and most likely in the future your need to get savvy on social media and bring the business to you. Your online presence will be the key to your success. I am doing the same with my own business. Although I have used social media for a while the depth of my knowledge was limited and I am working on that aspect myself. I wish you much success in the future. I always refer a few people and if there is one I know well I will let them know my experience with that service individual. It is also prudent to get at least 2 quotes and let the client do their due diligence.

Almost every client experience has been unique and made me feel good as a realtor. For my very first buyers I promised them a house warming party. I would cater food and take some casual photos for keepsake. When it came time to confirm the party the buyers announced that they were getting married. I thought maybe their house warming party was going to turn into an engagement party. Well I was close.... it was their wedding and I took the photos of this very special occasion. My clients were so grateful that I was able to do this for them. It was like the icing on the cake for them. It definitely made me feel good as a realtor. Almost every client has impacted me and left me with positive feelings as a realtor. I had another client who trusted me enough to buy a property site unseen. My clients are treasures to me and I treat them well and I feel good about what I do for them every day.
Be leave it or not I bartered my photography expertise to photograph my managers wedding for a part of a listing. If you have a skill set that could potentially help a colleague or a friend perhaps something like this could work for you.

Hire some who pays close attention to details, understands the elements of a good photograph. Someone who can create an interior design elements in a way that illustrates dimension and depth through their camera angle, lighting and attention to detail
