The question is too broad. When we work with clients we ask, what service(s) do you need to offer online?

Are you a brick-n-mortar that is seeking to establish an online presence?

Is creating a means of accepting orders and schedule curbside pickup your goal?

Do you need to provide courses for students to complete one section at a time?

Would a live stream of your existing classes meet your needs?

Or maybe serving up a blog or podcast is the solution best suited for achieving your goals.

Once you've established the need, you then need to develop a solution that gets you up and running with what you have available and if you should need to build out a more robust solution, develop a roadmap to get you there.

There is no one solution, sometimes it requires a mix of tools. Understanding how each impacts your time is critical  because they all may seem like relatively simple things to put in place, but the backend is where most of the time is spent training yourself, training staff, establishing a new routine, preparing content, writing scripts, defining a shooting/recording schedule, and promotion around your service will consume more time than might first appear. Being prepared is the first step to delivering a professional appearance.

Get prepared by having a conversation with a developer who understands not only the tech behind the solution, but has practiced performing each of the services you feel are needed for your business. Sure we'd love to work with anyone in need of integrating a new service onto their existing site but our focus is you. In that light, we encourage you to seek out a solutions provider who will help you create a solution that fits you, not them.
