• I tell them what to expect. I always let the client know what to expect in every stage of the loan process, especially in our first meeting.

• I describe everything in plain language so the client can fully understand.

• I go over all the client’s options. The client needs to know his choices in order to make the best use of his financial resources.

• I tell the client of all the fees involved upfront in the first meeting. I don’t hide any charges.

• I try to make the process less overwhelming.
