Weather is breaking and under normal circumstances we would be seeing customers looking to purchase new kayaks/gear. We have had a few on line orders but these have been few and far between. Everyday that passes with no customers or income is becoming alarming. God bless all small businesses. We all started our small business for a reason and I pray we all make it through this crisis.
We just finished two large outdoor expo's. Attendance was good. People touching boats and walking around with no fears. Actually caught people laughing and elbowing each other. Don't know what to expect but praying it ends sooner than later. Christine

Today it is easy to shop on line. Shopping local allows individuals to seek a special gift, obtain some expert knowledge on the purchase and actually pass on a quality gift. Even purchasing a gift certificate for a paddle, activity or lesson brings special value to a gift.

We are starting our 29th year in business. It is a wonderful feeling to start a relationship with a customer and see that individual come back to us for advise or new items that they need. Some of our customers from 25 plus years ago still come to see us. It is rewarding to build a relationship with someone who walked in our door just looking for an answer on how to get started kayaking, what items are needed to kayak, difference in the many, many kayaks in the market and where to begin. It is awesome to work with individuals of all ages.
