If you want to find clients in a defined area, then in-person and direct mail can target best, along with rewards to existing clients for referrals. If a wider area, radio and, if you have the budget, TV. But those mediums are not necessarily for an immediate increase in clientele - unless it's a limited time sale. Rather, they are for building top-of-mind when someone needs your product or service and brand loyalty and trust. A one week campaign of a few commercials - again unless it's a limited time sale - is not the answer. What is the answer if using radio and/or TV is a sustained campaign of 26 to 52 weeks with advertising that speaks to a potential client in their terms and builds the top-of-mind and trust needed to persuade them to think of you when they need printing done. What is not required is a laundry list of your services and equipment.
