The YMCA of Greater Toronto, Etobicoke/Rexdale location provides FREE Employment Support, Newcomer Services, and Programs for youth 15 - 29, that are made possible by government funding both federally & provincially. Employment Service is funded by Employment Ontario (EO), www.tcu.gov.on.ca/eng/eopg/programs/es.html to help unemployed or underemployed individuals integrate into Ontario's Labour Market; or to access grant for Second Career Training; Newcomers & internationally trained professionals can access settlement and information services on language/credential assessments, childcare subsidizes, bridging programs, job search/resources, etc. We offer subsidized incentives to employers seeking to hire (incl. hiring events/job fairs); or through Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG) http://www.tcu.gov.on.ca/eng/eopg/cojg/, those seeking to train employees.
