What that means reach out to my customer and clients that were happy and no so happy ones because we here to do business from them regardless of their situation. In business we need to be more consistence with persistence to achieve your long term goals and do not to sweat the small stuff. Most people tend to be too focus on the small stuff and they never get to main business. I have learn to be more open minded, forgive people more without their approval and move on the next business.

Are you looking for a job in a telecom Co? Are you planning to sell some products to them or are you their competitor? Most company will have a website on what type of market and business they serve. It will detail some of their product and service they provide to their clients. It may even talk about the contract that was awarded to them in the past. If they are a mid to small company, then I would suggest going into company it self and ask get some information about the products they serve.

In looking into today's business as whole, people don't spent the time in explaining what is require to get the process done. We make many assumption of what are the needs of the customer or consumer because we do this job every day that we forget that not everyone is up to pace with knowledge we have in our business. When I meet first home buyer's or second time home buyers, I will have pre-qualify meeting with them to get better understanding of their needs. In most cases a 20 minutes meeting run in a couple hours. The reason are simple, is because I provide information for them and educate them on what are the process requirements in buying or selling their existing home and what are the challenges they are going to face to complete this task. In most cases first buyer's are overwhelm with daunting task , how much down payment is required, what are my monthly payments will be, how much our income should be, taxes, how much I am qualify to buy $$, did have any other outstanding loans and payments etc. Most of the time my clients appreciate the work I put with them to get ahead of the competition to get ready in the purchase.
