About Us

At RTG Group USA is a Group of Companies focused on making a Positive Impact in the World. The majority of our Companies are For-Profit Social Enterprises however we also have 1 Canadian Non-Profit focused on Women & Immigrants and 1 USA Charity that is focused on providing American Companies a new understanding of ROI - RETURN ON IMPACT!!!

In 2023 we will launch the first SOCIAL IMPACT Community Program that lbrings Communities TOGETHER to END HUNGER and make a bigger measurable impact!

We CAN NOT solve todays challenges with the same models and ideas that created them....it's TIME FOR CHANGE and the "New" GIVING Space must include Transparency, Sustainability & Collaboration...IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE!!!

How We Got Started

I wanted to make a Positive Impact in the World but felt I need to develop a NEW model if I wanted to accomplish that. Today our models are widely recognized and acknowledged to be a real benefit for Humanity

Never before in History has there been more opportunities for introverts than today...I have a couple that work for me, one that I haven't spoken to in almost 2 Months. She does B2B Sales for us selling our Team Building Program http://www.rtgteambuildingprog... and earns far more money than she did in the Corporate World. I never tried to change her and tell her to "go out and network" because she's TERRIFIED and that's a flawed strategy!!!  Terrified your focus needs to be on helping other generate leads and making commission off every sale....take comfort in the fact that there are opportunities out there for you and if I can be of any help drop me a note!!!

"I'm sorry to learn of your financial difficulties and as a small business owner myself I can appreciate that sometimes cash flow is an issue. I would like to suggest that we see how we can discuss this and workout a solution that works with your situation." Here's why it's so effective...if they don't have a cash flow issue you will hear from them immediately in which case you can ask why they haven't paid the bill. If they do have a cash flow issue they will appreciate your understanding and be more willing to discuss it with you...either way you've increased your chances of hearing from them. Good-luck, hopefully you'll get it resolved.

In my businesses we always (still do) had a Client Appreciation Program where every Quarter we do something special for our Clients...this could be a Golf Day, BBQ, Theater or simply taking them out to lunch. While there is NO BETTER way to keep a Client than to consistently provide value and exceed their expectations it's the little things most seem to appreciate the most!!!
