We don’t do a ton of marketing for business. We get a good amount of referrals by word of mouth. We do need to explore more unique ways to advertise though to expand our business and look to hire more employees.

Trying once again for the PPP for fourth time! Last attempt failed because we reported a loss during our first year due to Covid shutdown but business has been on the increase since. We hope SBA will take this into consideration when processing the PPP this time around! An operating loss was a given seeing that we got shutdown just weeks after opening last January! It was impossible to report a profit as a new startup. So we actually need the PPP help as much as anyone out there! We aren’t getting our hopes up this time either!

That’s great for those small businesses that “qualify” for the PPP. New businesses , in operation for under a year who likely need it the most do not! It seems this disregard will continue with this round. Also, it is more difficult to get for solo entrepreneurs!

We applied but never got the PPP help for our business. We were pretty much on our own and I think the many stories about PPP help were exaggerated.
