A "good night's sleep" is essential for me. Clarity of mind, healing, energy - I demand a lot of my body, and a long deep sleep is one of the gifts I give it. Nine hours of uninterrupted sleep is my goal. Often it is only 8, or 7. I feel my best at 9.

I have so many stories from my work - none crazy, however many meaningful ones. Since you only asked for one, one of my favorites is of a lady who at 73 years old had spent most of her life bent over at a desk. She was also a pediatrician, and so rarely stood up straight to transition from patient to desk to walking around in life. I had known her for many years and so I also had the added insight of knowing this had been her posture for 3 decades. When she came to me, she had a lot of discomfort in her neck and lack of flexibility. The arc position had been progressing. She was unable to stand with her sacrum and head against a wall. If her head was against the wall, her derrière was at least 10 inches away, and vice versa. She and I worked together twice weekly for three years. She was devoted and diligent. She moved out of state or we would still be working together- that indicated after three years she was able to have her derrière, shoulder blades, and head against the wall at the same time, and she had regained over an inch of lost height. And she felt better!

I donot take multivitamins - although I do take 2000 mg of Vitamin C Daily, more if I feel as if I'm catching something.

I do not have experience with it yet. I have been told by a reliable source that it not only helps with pain, and that it helps with healing - this person was referring to a topical version.
