About Us

Hello, I am Joseph S Alexander, Sr. Th.d, Certified Master Inspector. I also inspect for Mold, Radon, Lead, Wood Destroying Organisms, and more. For all your Real Estate Inspection needs, whether you are a seller or buyer, we are here to assist you and make this a hassle free transaction.

How We Got Started

Since building was at a halt, the inspection and appraisal industry continued to flourish. So I transferred my knowledge and skills into the inspection industry and have been going strong ever since.

Now, if I were to partner up with a competitor I would promote our brand or our service with us both reaping the benefits. If we are in the same business, my goal is to be the best in that industry, period. Therefore, promoting my competitor really would be a disservice to my clients. On the other hand, if they are out of my area of operation and my client needs service, and they are reputable, I would refer them for the benefit of my client to be serviced. You are "responsible" for who you refer.
