About Us
I've been a full time realtor since 1986 and am not a team. When you hire me to sell your property or help you with buying a home, you get me. When you call me I either answer or call you back quickly as possible. My goal is to help people with personal service and not pass you off to another associate. See your real estate needs all the way to the closing table and beyond and be happy with your transaction.

Real estate is not hurting from covid19, it's a sellers market and inventory is low. Prices are getting higher which is a concern for first time buyers and lower paid employment, but increasing the minimum wage should be first on the list of things to be done.

Don't do business with them again or ask them to pay a deposit up front. It's really too bad that people are that sleezy that they wait forever to pay. If you did that to a doctor they would send you over to collection and then it would be a ding on your credit. Usually, it's people who have the...

If you did that to a doctor they would send you over to collection and then it would be a ding on your credit. Usually, it's people who have the money to pay you. It really steals your joy when people are ugly like that. Sorry you have to deal with that. Money doesn't grow on trees and everyone should be rewarded for their work in a timely fashion.

In meetings I have attended the organizer asked for phones to be off during meetings and classes. If an emergency arises you can always text. Phones are a distraction from the present moment and there’s a time when they need to be turned off for sure
