I agree with most of these answers. When I started, not only did I have to get new business but had to deal with unhappy customers from the previous owners. I always had a smile on my face, went & met with everyone, and tried hard to solve problems for customers. Now, word of mouth has brought in...

We have never rented signs. Good idea though. I do not think that the internet affects the sign business like it does other retail business. Some signs need to be installed & some are too large for shipping. I believe it is the one thing the internet will not hurt too much.

We have sold many digital sign boards. Our customers love them. Just because you walk into a business does not mean you will purchase. The digital signs can display offers, products and visuals. I know that the companies that have them have increased their sales.
