About Us
As an attorney, I have acted as a public fiduciary, a private fiduciary, a Court Appointed Attorney and the attorney for Petitioners in Guardianship, Conservatorship and Probate of Estates. I have prepared wills and simple estate plans. I have served on the Elder law, Mental Health and Special Needs State Bar committee. I also represent adults and children in Juvenile Court cases in Cochise County, Pima County and Santa Cruz County.
How We Got Started
I started my career as a case manager with developmental disabilities. I have worked as the Pinal County Public Fiduciary before moving to Tucson, AZ. I have spent my career working with vulnerable populations and advocated for their rights to be in the least restrictive settings.
