We we also have experienced the same. However we have found a simple little rule of social media that is free. Have somebody stand in front of your store with a sign of hours of operation and Logo. Having somebody stand out in front of your store waving with a sign is a great interaction among customers. We have seen 15% increase doing the small little task. Also having to-go menus updated, sending them out to all your friends is a great way to attract more attention. Sending out mass email marketing is free and easy
