How do you deal with an employee whom you know has the knowledge and skill to be a great sales agent, but lacks the drive and motivation to do so?

Sales and servicing your clients as well as helping them better understand why they do or don’t need certain coverage must be a “passion”. All the knowledge in the world in any field is only a value when you want to educate and have a desire to help your client. Insurance is a service business and that is what clients expect and should receive!
