Hey Paula - I understand, but here's the problem. My answer would have been to hit social media hard, specifically facebook and instagram, doing paid ads on the back end targeted specifically to your demographic so you aren't wasting money putting them in front of people who won't ever become clients. However, the ads that have the highest return on investment would be the ones pointing people in the direction of the website itself. If there is no website, then the funds you spent on the ads are wasted. Therefor my answer would have been a catch 22. Having even just a one page landing page with a little info and a contact form is better than having nothing.
